Bio: Esin (pronounced as eh-SEEN) is an LLM Researcher/Developer working on medical chatbots and AI assistants for general practitioners. Her interests are RAG, information retrieval, and NLP for the clinical domain (check out our paper STRAGMED for a standardized RAG pipeline for medical domains!). She holds an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from CIMeC, University of Trento, with a thesis on how morphological structure is encoded in static word embeddings, and a BA in Linguistics from Hacettepe University. Her background combines theoretical linguistics and cognitive science with applied NLP.
