Bio: Gabriele Sacco obtained his M.Sc. in Philosophy in 2021 from the University of Trento. He then began his Ph.D. in Computer Science, co-supervised by Dr. Loris Bozzato, a member of the Data Management Group (DKM) at FBK, and Prof. Oliver Kutz of the Faculty of Engineering at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. In June 2026, he defended his thesis, "Exceptions in Knowledge Representation: A Human-Centred Perspective." He currently works as a researcher in the Intelligent Digital Agents (IDA) group, led by Mauro Dragoni, at FBK's Digital Health and Wellbeing (DHWB) Center. His research interests include defeasible reasoning, non-monotonic logics, and formal and applied ontology.
