Research Interests:  Fuzzy Neural Networks; Evolving Fuzzy Systems; Artificial Intelligence; Interpretability.

Bio: PhD in Technical Sciences from Johannes Kepler University Linz - JKU (2023). Master in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2015). He has a degree in Information Systems from Centro Universitário UNA (2009) and a Specialization in Computer Science - Emphasis in Software Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He works as a researcher at Fondazione Bruno Kessler in Trento, Italy. He was an Information Technology-Development Analyst at the Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais - CEFET-MG. He worked as a professor of undergraduate courses at Faculdade UNA de Betim. His main research interest is focused on intelligent hybrid models, mainly Fuzzy neural networks. Data mining and binary pattern classification problems are also of interest.
